Trip Itinerary
Day 1 : Arrival in Kathmandu
Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel. Evening briefing about the trek.
Day 2 : Fly to Lukla & Trek to Phakding
Morning flight to Lukla (2,860m). Start trekking to Phakding (2,610m).
Day 3 : Trek to Namche Bazaar
Trek through pine forests to Namche Bazaar (3,440m), the gateway to Everest.
Day 4 : Acclimatization Day
Rest day in Namche Bazaar. Explore local markets and hike to Everest View Hotel.
Day 5 : Trek to Tengboche
Trek to Tengboche (3,860m) with views of Everest, Ama Dablam and more.
Day 6 : Trek to Dingboche
Continue to Dingboche (4,410m), a beautiful village in the Imja Valley.
Day 7 : Acclimatization Day
Rest day. Optional hike to Nagarjun Hill for panoramic views.
Day 8 : Trek to Lobuche
Trek to Lobuche (4,940m) along the Khumbu Glacier.
Day 9 : Trek to Gorakshep & EBC
Early morning trek to Gorakshep (5,164m), then to Everest Base Camp (5,364m).
Day 10 : Hike to Kalapatthar
Pre-dawn hike to Kalapatthar (5,545m) for sunrise views over Everest. Return to Pheriche.
Day 11 : Trek to Namche Bazaar
Descend through Pangboche and Tengboche back to Namche Bazaar.
Day 12 : Trek to Lukla
Final trekking day back to Lukla. Celebrate completion of the trek.
Day 13 : Fly to Kathmandu
Morning flight back to Kathmandu. Free time for shopping and exploration.
Day 14 : Departure
Transfer to airport for departure.
